Leatherman Tool Group CareHere Health & Wellness Center
Portland, Oregon
Tenant Improvement - $300K
This progressive project involved converting an existing warehouse conference room into an on-site medical clinic specifically for Leatherman Tool Group’s employees, and became the benchmark for other Leatherman factories. Throughout construction, we strategically ensured dust did not infiltrate the factory, where production lines were in process. We also incorporated security measures for the protection of confidential files and prescription medications. Leatherman prides itself on being one of the “healthiest employers” in the nation, and offers the clinic as an additional benefit to its employees and their families.
